What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, email or phone, ZIP code or town, and the details of your request or listing.
- How you found the site: the page you landed on, the site that sent you, and campaign tags on ad links. This is kept in a first-party cookie called
lnh_srcfor 30 days. - When you click a seller link: which seller, from which page, and when.
- A scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address and your browser type, used to spot spam and repeat clicks. We don't store your raw IP address.
- Anonymous page view statistics through Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies.
How we use it
- To answer your request. That usually means sharing it with a local beekeeper or removal pro who can help, which you agree to when you send the form.
- To contact beekeepers who sign up about their listing and the requests they opted into.
- To see which pages and sellers people use, so we can keep the guide useful.
We don't sell your information.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep form submissions as long as they're useful for answering requests and running the guide. To have yours deleted, send any form on the site with “Delete my info” in the details, using the same email or phone, and we'll remove it.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change too.
